Bradley Beach is a wonderful, year round family-oriented town designed for strolling along Main Street and enjoying our many retail stores, our colorful flowering parks, the delicious food in our many restaurants, and our varied entertainment venues.

During the summer months, our year round population doubles to ten thousand people or more. At the beachfront, everyone enjoys our clean, well maintained beaches and the security of our well trained and experienced life guards. Everyone looks forward to listening to the nightly music at the main gazebo. With so much to do, the beachfront attracts visitors from sunrise to sunset and beyond.

Bradley Beach features a wonderful transportation hub. NJ Transit trains come daily from New York City and North Jersey cities bringing visitors to our town. At the historic train station, travelers can pick up the newspaper, have a cup of coffee and either breakfast or lunch at the Back In Time Café located in the train station. Taxi service is available at the station. Talk a stroll through Riley Park and come out on Main Street and catch a local bus to Asbury Park or Red Bank or go south to Belmar. Take a walk along Main Street and have a meal at one of many restaurants and cafes. Your choice. After your meal, head a couple of blocks south to see a movie at the Beach Cinema, the movie theater that has been in business for over eighty years. Or you can walk a couple of blocks north to the Bradley Beach Bowl and get in a few games of bowling. What ever you choose, good fun family entertainment is always available no matter what time of the year.

Be sure to check out family-owned Stewart’s Hardware Store that has everything you could possibly ask for and more. Stewart’s is next to Jersey Shore Fitness Shop, a twenty-four hour gym. Bradley Beach’s Main Street business community has a lot to offer visitors and residents alike. Just take a walk around town to see what is going on. You won’t be disappointed.
